A playful journey into calm! In this class, children explore mindfulness through imagination, storytelling, gentle breathing, and movement. We’ll use fun techniques like “bubble breaths,” “rainbow relaxation,” and “peaceful animal adventures” to help kids learn how to relax, focus, and feel good inside and out. Perfect for building confidence, easing stress, and creating a little pocket of peace in their busy day.
