Kristiana Conti
Kristiana Conti is an experienced 200-hour RYT who has been practicing yoga since 2008 and teaching since 2016. With additional training in Kids Yoga, Perinatal, and Nervous System work, she has taught a wide range of styles from yin to vinyasa to students of all ages. For Kristiana, yoga is both a physical and spiritual practice that allows us to discover new depths of ourselves. Her goal is to create empowering and inspiring classes where all students, no matter how they show up, feel welcome and leave feeling peaceful. She wants you to know that no matter how you show up to your mat, 'all of you' is welcome.
