Beatriz’s teaching integrates mindful body movement (Asanas) guided by breath (Prana), creating a practice that builds strength, flexibility, and a deep awareness of mind, body, and breath. This approach offers students a grounding energy and a meditative experience. Rooted in the philosophy of embracing the "practice of practice," Beatriz brings passion and genuine intention to every session, creating a healing space filled with love and support. Off the mat, Beatriz continues her journey of growth, learning, and self-awareness. She also enjoys staying active through hiking, dancing, and exploring movement. Beatriz looks forward to meeting students on the mat and supporting them on their paths.

Beatriz practices self-care, self-awareness (the good, the bad, and all in-between), as well as personal growth. She loves to share her experience, strength, and hope while empowering students to do the same with love and compassion. Beatriz enjoys connection, nature, self-study, personal growth, and love; one day at a time, and sometimes one breath at a time.
