Cristina offers a blend of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow, tailoring each session to meet the diverse needs of her students. She creates accessible sequences that foster exploration and joy, while also weaving in yogic philosophy to deepen self-awareness and guide personal growth both on and off the mat. Her classes are a safe space for students to explore their bodies, cultivate mindfulness, and integrate yoga principles into daily life.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Cristina’s teaching style is approachable and inclusive, helping you connect with your inner self while embracing the transformative power of yoga.
