Monalisa Herschel is a dedicated and compassionate certified Integral Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama instructor, trained at the prestigious Yogaville (Satchidananda Ashram) in Buckingham County, Virginia. Rooted in the teachings of Sri Swami Satchidananda, Integral Yoga’s holistic philosophy—cultivating an easeful body, peaceful mind, and useful life—resonated deeply with Monalisa, shaping her path as both a practitioner and guide.
